On October 20, 2021, Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation issued a decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of members of Audit Committee of the Company from October 20, 2021, including:

-          Mr. Tran Quoc Bao

-          Mrs. Tran Thi Ngoc Hue.

2)      Approving the appointment of members of Audit Committee of the Company from     October 20, 2021, including:

-          Mr. Pham Tan Khoa – Independent member of BOD:                      Chairman  

-          Mr. Nguyen Thai Nguyen - Independent member of BOD:              Member.
