On October 13, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Board resolution dated September 25, 2021 by TMT Motors Corporation regarding the capital contribution to establish two subsidiaries.

Pursuant to Point h, Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Ministry of Finance on the regulations on information disclosure in the stock market, TMT Motors Corporation was slow to announce the Board resolution. Therefore, HOSE requested TMT Motors Corporation to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information in the stock market.
