1)      The BOD approved to the result of share issue for the 2020 dividend payment:

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Expected issue volume: 9,599,980 shares

-          Issue ratio: 10:1

-          Number of distributed shares: 9,599,849 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

2)      The BOD approved to the result of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

- Stock name: Stock ofCentury Land Joint Stock Company

- Stock type: common share

- Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,799,990 shares

- Issue price: VND10,000/share

- Number of distributed shares: 3,914,000 shares.

3)      The BOD approved to the result of share issue for the public:

-          Stock name: Stock ofCentury Land Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Expected issue volume: 91,199,810 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 88,933,905 shares.
