The Board resolution dated April 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to receive the transfer of shares from Mr. Vuong Ngoc Nguyen (Mr. Vuong Ngoc Nguyen is husband of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong – Head of Supervisory Board of APG) to contribute capital in APG Industrial Corp with 700,000 shares, par value of VND10,000/share.

2)      Approving to receive the transfer of shares from Mr. Nguyen Ho Hung (Mr. Nguyen Ho Hung is Chairman of BOD of APG) to contribute capital in BPW Cam Thuy Corp with 1,200,000 shares, par value of VND10,000/share.
