The Board resolution dated October 14, 2021, the BOD of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND323,836,420,000 to VND655,917,720,000 (equivalent to 65,591,772 shares) due to the stock issuance to pay dividend and to offer shares to the public.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
