On October 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the signing of an agreement with Mr. Nguyen Van Binh and his wife Le Thi Thanh Le, Member of the Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh and Ms. Le Thi Thanh Le will transfer the land-use right, house ownership and assets attached to the land at Lot 123 BT02, Apartment Building No.97, Bach Dang street, Ha Ly ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city, to Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.
