“Bamboo Capital JSC (BCG) announced the Resolution of the BOD No. 50/2021/NQ-HDQT-BCG on approval of capital contribution to AAA Assurance Corporation and the acquisition process is waiting for the Ministry of Finance’s approval.”

              Accordingly, Bamboo Capital JSC will invest VND797,057,610,000, equivalent to 79,705,761 shares or 71.00% charter capital of AAA Assurance Corporation, by receiving the transfer of shares from the existing shareholders of AAA Assurance Corporation in October 2021.
