The Board resolution dated January 04, 2021, the BOD of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the transfer of the whole of 3,984,000 shares, equivalent to 99.6% charter capital of Hoa Phat Furniture Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving the transfer of the whole of 129,800,000 shares, equivalent to 99.846% charter capital of Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company.

3)      Approving the transfer of the whole of contributed capital of VND149,500,000,000, equivalent to 99.67% charter capital of Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Company Limited.

4)      Approving the transfer of the whole of contributed capital of VND1,499,500,000,000, equivalent to 99.967% charter capital of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company Limited.

5)      Approving the transfer of the whole of contributed capital of VND2,000,000,000,000, equivalent to 100% charter capital of Hoa Phat Steel Sheet Company Limited.

6)      Approving the transfer of the whole of contributed capital of VND1,000,000,000,000, equivalent to 100% charter capital of Hoa Phat Hung Yen Steel Company Limited.

7)      Approving the transfer of the whole of 699,988,000 shares, equivalent to 99.9983% charter capital of Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Company Limited.

8)      Approving the transfer of the whole of 2,980,000,000 shares, equivalent to 99.33% charter capital of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Company Limited.

9)      Approving the transfer of the whole of contributed capital of VND399,500,000,000, equivalent to 99.875% charter capital of Hoa Phat Metal Producing Company Limited.

10)  Approving the transfer of the whole of 49,980,000 shares, equivalent to 99.96% charter capital of An Thong Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company.
