1)      Change of fund management company name:

-          Old name: Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company

-          Old short name: VFM

-          Old trade name: Vietfund Management

-          New name: Dragon Capital Vietfund Management Joint Stock Company

-          New short name: DCVFM

-          New trade name: Dragon Capital Vietfund Management

2)      Change of the legal representative, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors:

-          Mr. Beat Schurch replaced Mr. Tran Thanh Tan as the legal representative cum CEO.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Hoang Anh and Ms. Luong Thi My Hanh as members of the BOD.

-          Approving to elect Mr. Beat Schurch, Mr. Le Anh Minh and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huan (Johan Nyvene) as members of the BOD in the term 2019-2024.
