An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated January 18, 2021, the Board of Directors approved a plan for using the capital from the share issue as follows:

-          Estimated issue volume: 55,744,983 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated proceeds from the share issue: VND557,449,830,000. 

-          Plan for capital disbursement: All of the proceeds will be used to purchase AAA shares via public auction with the buying price not below VND14,000/share, the maximum buying volume of 39,817,845 shares.
