The Board resolution dated January 20, 2021, the BOD of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity and pay stock dividend for 2019:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,702,013 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 1,702,013 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 1,729 shareholders

-          Plan to handle fractional shares: the fractional shares of 812 shares will be rounded down and be sold to the Labor Union of C47. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.

-          Number of distributed shares: 1,702,013 shares.

2)      Approving the amendment of Business Registration Certificate to raise its charter capital from VND 170,201,300,000 to VND 187,221,430,000, equivalent to 18,722,143 shares at Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh Province.

3)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.

4)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 1,702,013 shares and the estimated time to execute from January 2021 to February 2021 after this issuance result approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
