On January 20, 2021, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 received the decision of the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated January 20, 2021 regarding the tax penalty in 2018 and 2019 as follows:

-          Penalties for administrative violations: 194,476,408 dongs

-          Value added and Corporate income tax arrears: 469,063,883 dongs

-          Late payment: 35,815,912 dongs.
