According to the Board resolution dated January 07, 2021, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the result of share issue to raise capital from the owner's equity as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 15,999,978 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 15,999,908 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 1,360 shareholders

-          Total number of shares after the share issue: 95,999,908 shares

-          Charter capital after the share issue: VND959,999,080,000.
