1)      Approving to raise its charter capital and charter after the stock issuance to pay dividends for 2018:

-          Number of distributed shares: 1,902,295 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 2,725 shareholders

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          Number of current shares on December 29, 2020: 39,956,372 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 39,956,372 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

2)      Approving the registration to raise its charter capital:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND 380,540,770,000

-          Additional charter capital: VND 19,022,950,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 399,563,720,000

-          Stock volume after increasing capital: 39,956,372 shares

3)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
