After receiving the request for an explanation document by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, on January 06, 2021, LDG Investment Joint Stock Company sent a document explaining press information on the Company’s projects in Dong Nai. Of which, the Company confirmed to have basically completed important legal procedures. However, due to the impact of Covid-19, there have been many problems in administrative procedures, leading to the incompleteness of legal procedures of projects according to real construction progress. Therefore, the Company suspended project construction, paid for administrative sanctions, and is trying its best to complete legal procedures to continue projects.
