Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp announces the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 11, 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the plan to buy the additional shares for increasing charter capital of Phat Dat Industrial Park Investment and Development Joint Stock Company:

-          Purchase volume: 157,760,000 shares

-          Purchase price: VND 10,000/share

-          Total value: VND 1,577,600,000,000

-          Stock type: common share

After the purchase completes, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp will own 204,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND 2,040,000,000,000, accounting for 68% charter capital of Phat Dat Industrial Park Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Tran Thi Huong as the representative of contributed capital of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp in Phat Dat Industrial Park Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
