On September 04, 2020, the first extraordinary general meeting of 2020 of Thai Duong Petrol Joint Stock Company was convened in Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province. However, until 15:30, September 04, 2020, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 02 shareholders, representing 2,760,418 shares, equivalent to 16.46% of the total voting shares and less than 51% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the first extraordinary general meeting of 2020 was not eligible to conduct. 

The second extraordinary general meeting of 2020 will be convened at 15:00 on October 05, 2020.
