Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 and Decision No. 958/QD-SGDHN dated 24/11/2017 on the amendment, supplement of Listing Regulation, and Document No. 07/NGC/20 dated 31/08/2020 of NGOQUYEN Processing Export JSC explaining the reason NGC shares were put under supervision, HNX announces that the alert on the following stock has been removed:

- Issuer: NGOQUYEN Processing Export JSC
- Stock code: NGC
- Effective date: 08/09/2020
- Reason: pursuant to point 3.1, Item 3, Article 14 of Listing Regulations at HNX.
