-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 10,559,998 shares

-          Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019.

-          Issue ratio: 100:5 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)
