The Board resolution dated September 25, 2020, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (SMC) approved the following issues:

1)      The BOD approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: October 2020.

2)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Vo Hoang Vu as member of BOD of the Company from September 25, 2020.
