DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company explained the trading time of the repurchase of ESOP shares from the resigned employees as follows:

-          Estimated trading time: from March 10, 2020 to March 31, 2020

-          Real trading time: from July 20, 2020 to August 28, 2020

-          Reason: The Company stated procedures to buy back ESOP shares from the resigned employees as planned. However, during the share transfer from employees’ accounts to the Company’s account, there were many adjustments and supplements of documents as required by the Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch. Therefore, all transactions were completed on august 28, 2020 according to Dispatch No.4849/CNVSD-DK by the Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch.
