On September 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved the dossier of public offering to submit them to the State Securities Commission:

1. Certificate for public offering;
2. Prospectus of public offering;
3. A valid copy of business license;
4. The Articles of Association of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company;
5. Minutes and resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 dated march 31, 2020 approving a plan for issuing shares to raise funds;
6. Minutes and resolution of the Board of Directors’ meeting approving the plan for issuing shares to raise funds;
7. The audited separate and consolidated financial statements in 2018 and 2019; and the reviewed separate and consolidated financial statements in the first six months of 2020;
8. Bank confirmation documents on opening an escrow account to receive payments;
9. The financing capital commitment from the bank;
10. Consulting agreement for the share issue;
11. Other relevant documents.
