The Board resolution dated September 22, 2020, the BOD of Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of shares in Idico Infrastructure Development Investment JSC (IDICO– IDI) and Idico Que Vo Industrial zpne Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO – Que Vo). Details are as follows:

1)      Idico Infrastructure Development Investment JSC (IDICO– IDI):

-          Selling volume: 2,494,920 shares, accounting for 10% charter capital of IDICO – IDI

-          Trading method: order matching or put through

-          Selling price: according to the price of order matching or put through, equivalent to VND 11,102.5/share.

2)       Idico Que Vo Industrial zpne Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO – Que Vo)

-          Selling volume: 400,000 shares, accounting for 5% charter capital of IDICO – Que Vo

-          Trading method: put through

-          Selling price:  no lower than the book value, equivalent to VND 10,000/share.
