-          Short name: Angimex Food

-          Address: 01 Ngo Gia Tu, My Long ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province

-          Legal representative: Mr. Tran Hoang An

-          Charter capital:

• In the first phase: 180 billion dongs
• In the second phase (completing land-use right and assets attached to the land): 250 billion dongs

2)      Approving the establishment of Angimex Trading Company Limited directly under An Giang Import - Export Company

-          Company name: Angimex Trading Company Limited

-          Short name: Angimex Trading

-          Address: National Highway 91, Thanh An, My Thoi ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province

-          Legal representative: Mr. Tran Hoang An

-          Charter capital:

• In the first phase: 80 billion dongs
• In the second phase (completing land-use right and assets attached to the land): 100 billion dongs

3)      Approving to change Dasco from a joint stock company to a one-member limited company and reduce the charter capital from 40.69 billion dongs to 40 billion dongs.
