1)      The EGM approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: September 25, 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 4.5%/share (450 dongs/share)

-          Expected payment time: Quarter 4/2020.

2)      Approving the resignation of member of Supervisory Board - Mrs. Vu Thi Hoang Dung under her Resignation Letter from September 15, 2020.

3)      Approving the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Van Trung as member of Supervisory Board of the Company for the term 2019 – 2024.
