On April 20, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.190/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock DTL of Dai Thien Loc Corporation under supervision status.

HOSE received the reviewed semi-annual consolidated financial statements from Dai Thien Loc Corporation. Accordingly, the after-tax profit of the parent company in the first six months of 2020 was -105.590 dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 06/30/2020 was 69.377 billion dongs. Therefore, the Company has not overcome the cause of supervision status.

HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock DTL and will consider solutions for the stock DTL after having the 2020 audited consolidated financial statements
