     * Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2020
          - Exercise rate: 01 cổ phiếu – 01 share – 01 voting rights
          - Exercise date and place: The company will announce later in the invitation letter, post information on the website of the Company and mass media in accordance with the law
- Agenda: Approve contents under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 3%/share (shareholders receive VND 300 for every 01 share they own)
- Exercise date: 30/09/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Ha Noi CPC1 Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Addres: Ha Binh Phuong industrial cluster, Van Binh commune, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi city) on working days from 30/09/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above. In case of authorizing another individual to receive dividends, the authorized person brings power of attorney (original), shareholder book (original) and identity card to receive dividends.
