On September 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approves the agreements between Techcombank and Techcom Securities Joint Stock Compan (TCBS), the related person with Techcombank, as follows:

-          Techcombank will provide a limit of VND76,100,000,000 in order to perform transactions under the Bank’s laws on risks prior to payments.

-          Term: 12 months

-          Collateral: none.
