The Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the first dividend payment of 2019 and bonus share issue as follows:

−        Record date: October 02, 2020

−        Purpose: to make the first dividend payment of 2019 and issue bonus shares

−        Issue ratio: 30% on the outstanding volume

Of which:

+  Making the first dividend payment for 2019: 15%;

+  Issuing shares to raise the Company’s charter capital from the owner’s equity: 15%.
