The Board resolution dated September 11, 2020, the BOD of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company approved to raise the contributed capital in An Trung Industries Com Ltd with the following details:

- Additional capital contribution: VND 86,000,000,000

- Time for capital increase: September 2020 or October 2020

- Expected charter capital after increasing: VND 176,000,000,000.

- To appoint Mr. Man Chi Trung as the representative of contributed capital of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company in An Trung Industries Com Ltd.
