     * Dividend payment by shares for outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (Shareholders holding 100 shares shall receive 05 new shares)
          - Exercise place:
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. The positive difference between the profit dividend payment by shares and the total value of shares distributed to outstanding shareholders for dividend payment calculated by the actual par value will be retained as undistributed profit.
               + For undeposited shares: No 7 Vietnam Construction JSC - 3rd floor, Vinaconex 7 Building, No. 61 Nguyen Van Giap, Cau Dien ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
