SSI Asset Management Company Limited (“SSIAM”) would like to get written opinions of Valued Investor(s) of SSIAM VN30 ETF to approve Extraordinary General Investors' Meeting Resolution in 2020 on the following issues:

Time for collection of Investor’s opinions: from 08 September 2020 to 18 September 2020

1)      Contents for voting

• Approve the decrease of the Fund Management Fee to 0.55% of NAV per annum
• Approve the amendments, supplements of the Fund Charter as the Proposal of SSI Asset Management Company Limited.

2)      Documents for collection of opinions:

−        Letter for collecting Investor’s written opinions.

−        Collection form of Investor’s written opinions.

−        Proposal on decreasing of the Fund Management Fee and amendments supplement of the Fund’s Charter.

−        Draft of Extraordinary General Investors’ Meeting.
