-          Transferor: Thong Duc Company Limited

-          Charter capital: VND 208,000,000,000

-          Value of contributed capital in Thong Duc Com Ltd: VND 206,900,000,000, accounting for 99.471% charter capital

-          Transfer ratio: 99.471% charter capital

-          Total value of transfer: VND 248,677,500,000

-          Time of implementation: expected within 03 months from the signing date of contract.
