LGM: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to HNX's regulation on trading registration attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by HNX, HNX announced the trading restriction of KGM stock as follows:
- Issuer:  Leather Footwear and Garment Making Exporting Corporation
- Stock code: LGM
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares under temporary trading restriction: 7,400,000 shares
-Total value under temporary trading restriction (by par value): VND 74,000,000,000
- Trading restriction: KGM shares can only be traded on Friday weekly.
- Effective date: 07/08/2020
Reason: The company has not overcome the causes of trading suspension based on Point a, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under trading restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when LGM stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
