1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Deputy General Directors of the Company from August 05, 2020, including:

-          Mr. Hoang Ngoc Hung;

-          Mr. Ho Thanh Tung;

-          Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hai.

2)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh as Executive President (SVP) of the Company from August 05, 2020.

3)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Ho Thanh Tung as Senior Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Company from August 05, 2020.

4)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Hoang Ngoc Hung as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Company from August 05, 2020.

5)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Company from August 05, 2020.

6)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hai as Senior Executive Vice President (SVP), Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Company from August 05, 2020.

7)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Le Thanh Son as Senior Executive Vice President (SVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company from August 05, 2020.
