The Board resolution dated July 30, 2020, the BOD of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (NAV) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 7% (700 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: expected in August 24, 2020.

2)      Approving to agree the Resignation Letter of Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung as member of BOD of the Company from July 01, 2020.

3)      Approving the record date to hold the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: August 20, 2020

-          Meeting time: September 05, 2020

-          Meeting venue: 18F Tang Nhon Phu, Phuoc Long B Ward, district 9, Hochiminh.
