On July 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TNI) approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong as CEO of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company, effective from July 28, 2020. The Board of Directors decided to assigned Ms. Le Thi Thu Thanh, Deputy CEO, to be temporarily responsible for the tasks from Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong.

The title of the Company’s legal representative will be also changed as follows:

- The current title of the Company’s legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, CEO;

- The expected title of the Company’s legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
