- Reason for delisting on HNX: The company has not failed to meet criteria as public company. The delisting of BCM shares is based on Point a, Item 1, Article 6, Circular No. 180/2015/TT-BTC providing guidance on registration of securities trading on the trading system of unlisted securities issued by Ministry of Finance on 13/11/2015.
