On April 03, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.131/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of An Truong An Joint Stock Company (stock code: ATG) into supervision status because the Company’s profit after tax was -11.9 billion dongs in 2018 and -12.1 billion dongs in 2019, according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2018 and 2019. 

According to the reviewed financial statements for the first six months of 2020, ATG’ profit after tax was -1,184,022,787 dongs, and the undistributed profit after tax until June 30, 2020 was –24,001,256,710 dongs.

Pursuant to the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the supervision status for ATG shares will be remained. The Hochiminh Stock Exchange will consider solutions for ATG shares after having the 2020 audited financial statements.
