At the end of the registration period to attend the auction and pay the deposit to buy the whole lot issued to the public of major shareholders Petec Trading and Investment Corporation at Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company at 16h00 18/06/2020, Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange recorded no investor attending the auction (according to Notice No. 947/SGDHCM-NY dated 22/06/2020 by Hose)
Pursuant to Article 15 of Regulation on auction the whole lot to the public of major shareholder Petec Trading and Investment Corporation at Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company via Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange issued by Petec Trading and Investment Corporation attached with Decision No. 002284/QD-PTC dated 29/05/2020, this auction did not meet the requirements and therefore the auction is considered unsuccessful
