On August 20, 2020, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam approved the extension for public offering of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Certificate for Public Offering No.101/GCN-UBCK dated May 28, 2020 was extended to the end of September 24, 2020. During the extension, Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company must complete the share distribution.
