1)      Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner equity:

-          Stock name: Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares issued: 28,800,000 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 28,800,000 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,200,000 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 72,000,000,000

-          Issue ratio: 25%

-          Record date: September 04, 2020

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 2,222 shares. With 25% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,222 * 25/100 = 555.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 555 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.

2)      Stock issuance under ESOP:
