Camimex Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CMX) has received an official document dated August 17, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of CMX in 2020 as follows:
- For the reviewed semi-annual financial statements, the Company must disclose them within 60 days from the end of first six months of fiscal year, but no more than 05 days from the day the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
