The Board resolution dated August 20, 2020, the BOD of Petro Center Corporation (PMG) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,212,409 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 4,212,184 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 648 shareholders

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          Number of current shares on August 20, 2020; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 46,336,278 shares

+ Number of treasury shares:  0 share.

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 463,362,780,000.

2)      Approving the change of Business Registration Certificate and the amendment of the company’s Organization and Operation Charter according to the new charter capital after the issuance.

3)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 4,212,184 new shares.
