-          Address: Street N2, lot B An Nghiep Industrial zone, An Hiep Commune, Chau Thanh District, Soc Trang Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 234,000,000,000; Of which:

• FMC contributed VND 180,400,000,000, accounting for 77.1% charter capital
• Other individuals contributed VND 53,600,000,000, accounting for 22.9% charter capital.
