The Board resolution dated August 19, 2020, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoa Cuong as Chairman of BOD of the Comapny to replace Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan from August 20, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Luong Thanh Tung as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company from August 20, 2020.
