     * Dividend payment in cash for year 2019:
          - Exercise rate: 2%/share (shareholders receive VND 200 for every 01 share they own)
          - Exercise date: 28/09/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: DIC Holdings Construction JSC on working days from 28/9/2020. Identification Card (original copy) is required in case of individual, business registration certificate is required in case of organization. 
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 20:1, equivalent to 5% (shareholders receive 01 new share for every 20 shares they own).
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: DIC Holdings Construction JSC. Identification Card (original copy) is required in case of individual, business registration certificate is required in case of organization. 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Fractional share will be disposed.
