The Board resolution dated August 15, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay second cash dividend for 2019 as follows:

- Exercise ratio: 12%/par value (1,200 dongs/share)

- Record date: September 04, 2020

- Payment date: September 18, 2020
