On August 14, 2020, HOSE received the semi-annual reviewed financial statements from Royal International Corporation. Accordingly, its after-tax profit in the first six months of 2020 was –54.29 dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2020 was -282.58 billion dongs.

Therefore, RIC has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision. HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock RIC and will consider solutions for the stock RIC after having the 2020 audited financial statements.
