-          Record date:  September 04, 2020

-          Payment date: September 24, 2020

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company as from September 24, 2020.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
